A Legacy of Homemade Mexican Flavor

A Legacy of Homemade Mexican Flavor

I’m Rodolfo Sanchez De La Torre. My passion for real Mexican food started in a Californian kitchen over 45 years ago. In 1996 I opened a small restaurant in Oregon to share honest meals made with fresh, local ingredients. Each morning I pressed tortillas by hand and taught myself simple recipes that blend tradition with modern flair. Working alongside my kids, Mariela, and Victor has been my greatest joy. Today, our team spans many towns, but every dish carries the same care it did on day one.

For Over 30 Years - Growing Across the Northwest

When I left California and opened the first restaurant, I wanted to share the flavors I grew up with. Our mission was simple: serve real food made from fresh, local produce in a welcoming room. From tortillas to slow‑cooked meats, every ingredient has a story rooted in my heritage. Each location feels like home because we hire people who care. Every time I see guests laughing over a shared meal, I know we’re fulfilling our promise. It fills me with pride. This mission guides us daily.
Modern Twist on Authentic Traditions

Modern Twist on Authentic Traditions

I always wanted our recipes to honor Mexican roots while embracing new ideas. Our meats are cooked slow, and each salsa uses local produce. With my kids by my side, we picked each town to share our approach across the Pacific Northwest & California. Guests say they feel at home immediately. We opened each spot so people could gather for simple, real meals without fuss.
